VALLEY VETERINARY CARE EXPANDS SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Nov. 1, 2021 (FRIENDSWOOD, TX) – Valley Veterinary Care, a leading regional provider of veterinary care with clinics in Texas, Colorado, California and New Mexico, today announced three additions to its senior management team. Dan Holland joins the company as Chief Development Officer, Eric French joins as Senior Controller and Dr. Derek Paul has been promoted to National Medical Director.

Dan Holland has over 12 years of experience in the animal health industry. Dan most recently worked for Patterson Veterinary as the Director of Technology. Prior to this, Dan was the Chief Development Officer for Best Friends Pet Care and the Vice President of Business Development for Henry Schein. He is also a former board member of Vetology and Vet2Pet.
Eric French has over five years of experience in the animal health industry. Eric was most recently the Controller at PetWell Partners. Prior to PetWell, he spent seven years in various positions for Enterprise Holdings and National Oilwell Varco. Eric has a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Derek Paul, DVM was previously Valley Veterinary Care’s Regional Medical Director for the Colorado market. Dr. Paul is an alum of the University of Illinois School of Veterinary Medicine. He has served as an emergency and general practice clinician, acupuncturist, senior emergency clinician/intern supervisor, and ER medical director in the Denver metro area. Dr. Paul is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, earning a bachelor's degree in systems engineering and a commission as a Navy officer.
